Inside Country Cottage Alpacas

Beautiful Country : Beautiful Alpacas

Michael and I moved to the beautiful Willamette Valley over 8 years ago. Left the city life of Los Angeles to buy a 26 acre farm in the beautiful hills of McMinnville. We are a small farm in a small town, but we also own an expanding vineyard!

It has been a life-long dream to own alpacas and have a hobby farm  We will be expanding our farm to have more beautiful animals. As a passionate animal enthusiast, we also currently have chickens, kunekune pigs, sheep, dogs and cats. We believe in treating our animals as part of the family and giving them the best care possible. Our alpacas are high quality animals and we are looking forward to showing and learning more about the alpaca world.

New 2023

Barn is done - of course finishing the outside and more gates and fencing but the animals are loving it.

We are also expecting two alpaca crias in 2023 (July and August)  Hope all goes well! 🦙

I did just purchase a new Huacaya her name is Swanky Chic and also a Llama( finally!) Her name is Deliliah . I also just got a new babydoll sheep -his name is Ricky , super cute.

New to 2023 -2024- The barn area got a fresh area of cement in front and sides of barn as we get ready to landscape this summer.

We also had two crias in August of 2023.

LaLa Luna

and Summer Moon.

Both about 7 months old now and getting big.

I did not breed any of my girls this year so no babies this year-2024.

The barn also has a beautiful loft and is finally completed. Its s nice spacious spot for family and friends to stay. 🦙

A little more about us and how this all started 🦙

We are a small hobby farm and have a passion for all animals . I fell in love with Llamas first when I lived in California and didn’t really discover alpacas tell we moved to Oregon. Their stature , personalities and of course who can not like their amazing fleece! They are also a very curious animal , like being in a herd and I just feel a sense of peace when I am around them. A special animal for sure . Currently we have 12 females on the farm with two expecting crias in 2023 We also have 2 Kune Kune Pigs, 3 Babydoll sheep + a mixed sheep I adopted who just had two babies! Check out the new pic! Just born March 2021 . We also have chickens, cats and dogs - our lovely guardian dog Bailey.  We also have a small vineyard- we bottle our own wine - Pino Grigio - and Pinot  Noir Cougars Mark Vineyard . This year we added a Alpaca store on the property filled with all kinds of product - Need a gift ? Come check it out . We also hold events on the farm-watch for notifications . Come sip some wine , take in the views and discover alpacas.
If you would like to visit message me . Thank you for your interest. 🦙🍷
